Salt for Dental Benefits

Salt was not only useful as a flavoring. Tiny white granules can also be used for the eyes and teeth (Dental Benefits). But of course in a number of appropriate and reasonable limits.

1. Drugs Mouthwash.

    I didn't realize how important salt can be to oral health. I did know that people can use it as a mouthwash, but using it as a teeth whitener is pretty cool. I think I'll have to try it tonight and see if it works. http://www.archdental.ca/en/dental_services.html

    Nice Sharing but Brushing with salt will not whiten teeth. It will cut the gums and rub away the outer layer of the tooth because it is so abrasive. so for teeth whitening need to try the whitening products.
