Brushing your teeth is a routine activity in childhood, so many of us think this is not a problem. You just simply insert a toothbrush that is added to toothpaste in the mouth, and then rubbed it for a while. In just a moment, this cleansing ritual was completed. Brushing teeth is not only useful for maintaining the cleanliness, but also oral and dental health. Rubbing the teeth is irregular and improper can cause bad breath, caries and periodontal disease (gum disease). In order to be effective brushing your teeth, you should follow some guidelines below:

- For fresh breath, be sure to brush your tongue.
- Tilt the brush to 450 against the gum line and brush toothbrush from the gum line.
- Brush every surface with a soft outside, inside, and part to chew on each tooth.
- Brush your tongue gently to remove bacteria and freshen breath.

2. Use a brush to Fit
Choose a toothbrush with nylon bristles and a small-headed. With the use of nylon bristles on the gums will be softer and more pliable so it can reach the part between the teeth.

- Choose an easy to use. Do not choose a toothbrush that can complicate you.

The condition of teeth each person is different, so are its needs. Therefore, choose toothpaste that works best for you. There are many choices of toothpaste on the market, ranging from dental cavities, gingivitis, tartar, stained teeth, and tooth sensitivity.
Ask your dentist's advice to help you select the appropriate type of toothpaste. To use, just use toothpaste with measures such as grain legumes.
